The products offered for sale on the Jacques Cœur website are jewelry.
Each product is described and presented with the greatest care in order to provide complete and faithful information. However, slight differences (in particular in color or dimensions) may occur depending on screen settings or manufacturing techniques.

4. Price

All prices shown on the site are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT.
Delivery costs are added to the price of the products and clearly indicated before validation of the order.
Jacques Cœur reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.

5. Order

8. Withdrawal and return

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right:

  2. Return the product in its original packaging, in perfect condition, to the address provided by the Seller.

Return costs : At the Customer's expense, except in the case of defective or non-compliant product.
Refund : Made within 14 days of receipt of returned products.
